User Guide: Registration & Login on Jambo
Welcome to Jambo! This guide will help you register, subscribe, and log in to your community.
How to Register for Your Community
Option 1: Register via Invitation Email
If your admin has invited you, check your inbox for an email from notifications@jambo.in with the subject “Hi , you have an invitation to join Testing test on Jambo”.
Open the email and click the “Join” button.
You will be redirected to complete your registration by filling out your details.
If you haven’t received an invite, you can request to join manually:
Open the community landing page URL shared by your admin.
In the first banner, enter your email ID and click “Request to Join”.
You will see a confirmation message:
“Check your email! We’ve emailed a special link to [your email]. Click the link to confirm your address and get started.”
Check your email inbox for a message from notifications@jambo.in. Click the “Verify” button to proceed.
Step 1: Completing Your Registration
After clicking Verify, you will be redirected to the registration form, where you need to:
Fill in all mandatory fields. (Admin-defined fields may vary for each community.)
Step 2: Choosing a Membership Plan
Once registered, you will see all available membership plans with two options:
- Try for Free (if a trial period is set by your admin).
- Subscribe (for full membership access).
If offline payment is enabled by your admin, you will see the following payment modes:
Cheque
- Bank Name*
- Branch Name*
- Cheque Number*
- City
- Date of Payment
- Note
- Attach Receipt (Upload option)
Cash
- Date of Payment*
- Note
Bank Transfer
- Bank Name*
- Branch Name*
- Reference Number*
- City
- Date of Payment
- Note
- Attach Receipt
Demand Draft (DD)
- Bank Name*
- Branch Name*
- DD Number*
- City
- Date of Payment
- Note
- Attach Receipt
Other Payment Modes
- Transaction ID*
- Date of Payment*
- Note
- Attach Receipt
GST Invoice Details (Optional)
Users can enter GST details for invoices:
- Company Name*
- GST Number*
- State*
- Billing Address*
- (Checkbox: “Shipping Address is the same as Billing Address”)
Order Summary & Price Breakdown
- Membership Plan
- Valid From – Valid To
- Amount
- Tax Breakdown (IGST, CGST, SGST)
- Total Amount
Click “Pay Now” to proceed!
What Happens After Payment?
For Offline Payments
After submitting your payment request, you will see a confirmation message stating that your request has been sent to the admin for review.
After approval from your admin, you will be able to access the platform.
- If the community is private (closed), access will only be granted once the admin approves your request.
For Online Payments
- A Razorpay payment popup will appear for completing the transaction.
After successful payment, you will see a confirmation message.
- If the community requires admin approval, access will only be granted after approval.
- If the community is open, you will get instant access without admin approval.

How to Log In
Once registered, logging in is simple:
Visit the community URL.
Click “Login”.
Enter your email ID & password OR sign in with Google.
Click “Login” to access your community.
Other Login Options:
- Sign in using OTP (One-Time Password sent to your email).
- Forgot Password? Click on it to reset your password via email.
Final Notes:
If your community requires admin approval, you won’t get access until approved.
You can always check your email for status updates on your registration request.

Step 1: Access Your Membership & Subscription Details
Log in to your Jambo dashboard.
On the left-side menu, click on “Plans”.
This will open a screen with two tabs:
- Membership (Displays your current active plan).
- My Subscription (Shows your full payment history).
Step 2: View Payment History
Click on the “My Subscription” tab.
Here, you will see a list of all payments made for your memberships.
Step 3: Download Invoice & Certificate
In the “Receipt” column, find the three-dot menu (⋮) icon next to the payment you want to download.
Click on the three dots, and you will see two options:
Download Certificate (For memberships that offer a certification upon payment).
Download Invoice (For tax or accounting purposes).
Click on the option you need, and the file will be automatically downloaded.

Important Notes:
If your membership includes a certificate, it will be available for download.
Invoices are generated for every successful payment, including online and offline transactions.
If you made an offline payment, your invoice will only be available after admin approval.
Now you can easily keep track of your payments and download important documents anytime!
